Smish, tell in honesty what you think of it, critizium ish welcome
Instinctive Heartache
The blue sky calls me and,
I answer
Quickly and willing, but before my time
I go
I want to draw close to the height of those clouds
The silver lining comforts me
As I sing last solace to the blue moon
I say goodbye now
I still watch you
From so close, but so far
*Humans and us alike,
we live in harmony
within the blue skies we lay
My restlessness turning the clouds grey
but still no rain falls
I'd give it all up for rain
T'd fall so far to be,
to be engulfed in pain.
I'd bleed for you,
if you tell me it's true.
Myinstincts, my nerves, my soul- calmed
I can and will,
lay upon my grave
with a toothy grin on my maw
They say,
Only the white wolf is the chosen one,
that only the white wolf can,
can catch the red rabbit between her ivory jaws
My paws carry, one at a time
My maw calls, sings solace to the moon
The reflection of my face,
within the pooling water
I shall carry the blue moon's snakes**
I shall ignore the unwashable brown of my pelt
My paws shall take me,
to paradise
Heaven Goodbye
FOOTNOTES:
* This stanza was going to be
Humans and us alike,
we live in harmony
within the blue skies we lay
My restlessness voiding my days of gay,
the clouds like mirrors,
reflecting
but still no rain falls
I figured people would give me crum for saying gay so I changed it
** This line was once
I shall carry her snakes
However, my english teacher thought I was writing from the view of a male wolf trying to impress a female wolf so I changed it
