From the south, a mechanical bird flies in through a window. It opens it's mouth and out appears a hologram of a man wearing a joker hat and mask. He has a creepy voice as he states his greeting.

"Hello, Mantis. I am Joker, a mastermind of evil proportions. I wish to enlist your services to kill members of a Guild called the Gaian Police Department. The Commissioner, Tacitus, is the man to be killed." He paused, bowing low, "I will be willing to pay one thousand for every Officer's head, though. Send a mesage to this address if you accept." The address flashed once, then disappeared.[PM Me]

At that point, the mechanical bird self-destructed harmlessly.
