I'm not even going to get into the whole "why doesn't he stop all the bad stuff" crap, I don't even believe in religious stuff anymore. But, people are not born serial killers or psychopaths. It has to do with mental stuff; traumatic experiences, abuse, etc. They aren't born, they're made. It all has to do with malfunctions in the brain. Even if god was real, he couldn't stop that.
