Kishimoto, being the s**t writer he is, has rarely alluded to the possibility of someone with a Kekei Genkai being able to pass it onto their children if their partner does not also have it.

Only time it happens is when Haku's mother passes on her Kekei Genkai.

Probably, it's standard Mendelian inheritance, why not? Supposing Kekkei Genkai genes are recessive, a child born to a Kekkeigenkaied parent and a non-Kekkeigenkaied parent has probabilities:
25% to have Kekkei Genkai;
25% to not have it;
50% to have it hidden (cannot use but still can transfer to the next generation).

not really getting into bio here, the absence of Byakugan is because kishimoto forgot about it.

Lunatic

Lmao. I like how Kishimoto forgets all the s**t of his own creation. He forgets what to do with the new characters and he forgets to give us information about the old ones, hense Team Hebi, Orochimaru and Yamato at the end. lol

Great job. This just proves how sick he is of his own series and doesn't bother anymore. He just does everything at the end for the money and nothing else.
