Tabs confuse me and a lot of the songs I wanna learn for my guitar, I can only find in tabs
meh, tabs are easy to learn.

the bottom line is the6th string and the top one is the first.
the numbers are the frets.
the fingerings can be a bit ticky sometimes...but you'll get used to it pretty quick.

what is it that confuses you exactly though?

To me, tabs look like chords. I guess I'm used to reading tabs.

'E' is the lowest pitched string, so its on the bottom. the 3 means to play the third fret, understand?
I think this is the norm for tabs:

h - hammer-on
p - pull-off
b - bend
pb - pre-bend
r - bend release (if no number after the r, then release immediately)
/\ - slide into or out of (from/to "nowhere" wink
s - legato slide
S - shift slide
<n> - natural harmonic
[n] - artificial harmonic
n(n) - tapped harmonic
~ - vibrato
tr - trill
T - tap
TP - trem. picking
PM - palm muting
\n/ - tremolo bar dip; n = amount to dip
\n - tremolo bar down
n/ - tremolo bar up
/n\ - tremolo bar inverted dip
= - hold bend; also acts as connecting device for hammers/pulls
<> - volume swell (louder/softer)
x - on rhythm slash represents muted slash
o - on rhythm slash represents single note slash

If you dont know what any of these mean well uh... sweatdrop yeah...
HardcoreBassist's might be easier to understand but this is guitar

Would u play this by going to the 14th fret and strum 8 times then to the 11th and also strum 8 times?

No.
The x means that you should mute the note immediately after it was played. so you should play 14th fret, then mute, then 8th fret, then 11th fret, mute, etc.
