Yeah but it doesn't have buttons and controls that are easily accessible to your fingers. You have to open certain windows and use a mouse to control all that.
I'd rather have more control over what I'm doing and be able to do it much faster than that.
Also playing live would be ridiculously hard to do if I was just using my mouse and a keyboard controller.

But no looping capabilities?
I saved some money by getting a dj controller, with actual kill switches, looping capabilities, cue points and effects controls. The digital turntable may not be as good as an actual turntable, but I'm not making vinyl records, so unless I'm sampling other people's work, a real turntable won't do me any good.
Eventually I will buy better stuff, but I'm just starting out right now and it's something that will break me in as an electronic composer without me being too overwhelmed with stuff I don't know how to use.
