I cant find any at Swirly Dock! Does anyone know where else i can find a leviathan for the stupid quest?

You can also find at Sandswirl Beach and Mangroove Shallows.

Leviathan is just around on the beach(Sandswirl Beach).Last time I was thinking about capturing it,I wandered around the beach for a very long time before it appears.Another time I went there looking for the twister,Leviathan immediantly appeared on Sandswirl Beach.It depends on luck i guess
