i was in pvp battle , my lvl 36 leon had regrowth he regrowed 200 hp but my opponent had winja lvl 30 he regrowed 400 hp how is it possible

Some moga get higher level abilities at lower levels

it looks like winja gets regrowth 5 at level 30 while your leon has regrowth 4 and will get regrowth 5 at level 40

other examples

your leon will get poison 6 also at level 40 ( 400 damage per turn once activated) , while hanzo and diabao get poison 6 at level 50

Yara gets shield of thorn 5 at level 20 (chance for 400 damage) while most moga get it at level 30 and 40 making Yara super strong PVP moga at low levels

winja have higher level regrowth.. if you encounter him again you should go and check it you can always see the level of the enemies skills below the hp bar of your/enemies moga...
