it says to capture it in the flowerpit <I believe> but there is always that girl there. How do I get around her, or is there another spot to capture one of those?

^Yeah...Booly is also an encounter at the Gates of Windhym. Because IIRC, creepy chick always appears there. Which can be handy, because she's always equally leveled to your strongest Moga so you can fight her to power grind.
