This one, ROEmpire Monster Data, ROEmpire Item Data, and iRO official site. and I am trying to understand what you want me to do. What is Vit ... why is it so important. I was trying to keep Vit and Str the same and Dex just two below sweatdrop

You don't want your stats to be even me thinks. It's a bad thing. I mean, you're higher leveled then me, but your Vit is worse. And the damage I take is a pain in the a**. o_o How do you take it without going crazy? gonk

aight you need some Endure first off. Atleast level 1, for Peco. (Remember, Spears do more damage when on a peco). Umm... Your stats for now are okay... Not sure why you have 6 luk and 9 agi, but thats fine. Pump your VIT a little.
