It sounds harder than it actually is. The only pain about baking is that all the measurements need to be precise. Ovens-the only thing you need to know is not to broil instead of bake.

I made turkey tofu meatballs tonight. They were really yummy. I made around 30, so I froze the rest to take to school with me next week. I moved into an apartment earlier this month, and I've been doing nothing (except drawing and cooking) since none of my friends are back in town yet.
