Need help with a song

Okay so about 6 years ago i was at a mates house and i dont know who the band was or what the name of the song was but all i remember was "you call that a knife, this is a knife" either at the end and beginning of the song.

I have had it stuck in my head for a while and and if anyone can help or give me some clue it would be much appreciated

Also another big help would be if if someone could know anything about a different song. same as above i don't know the name of the song or band but at the beginning or end of the song there is a woman crying, you can hear chains in the background and footsteps that have a very slight echo.

I know i'm not providing much info but i'm just hoping that some else has listened to it and knows what i'm talking about.
