Welcome to OWS's very first lotto. I've had a few successful lottos in my charity (including one for a Coco Kitty), so I'm not entirely new to this. The lotto will end once all the slots are filled up. If the worth of the Letter set decreases dramatically, I have no problem ending the lotto a bit sooner with less slots.
Try your luck for just 500 gold at getting a complete Letter set for 2008! Besides that, there'll be a second place for one January 2009 Letter, a third place for a G-BOT (the most inexpensive monthly collectible available), and some games to boost thread attention.

Not that I'm asking for donations(!), but I thought it wouldn't hurt to add this.
Even lotto hosts need a little bit of help with things. If you'd like to donate to this lotto specifically, I'll use them for additional prizes in the lotto and/or games, and your name will go here.

When all 2,000 slots are sold, the gold collected should be 1 million gold. The Letters are worth about 875k (as of 1-6-10) (which I've spent my own gold and money to get), so the rest is in case the worth goes up, and I have a little bit of wiggle room to still break even. Some of that extra "profit" I'll be using towards game prizes. I figured it'd be more fun to lotto it all off instead of selling it in the MP or Exhange.

You know, because I'm a questing Gaian myself, specifically SDPlus Dolls and inks. And those dolls are so expensive! gonk Thanks!
