I say people should be able to keep dressing up in costumes for as long as they want.

some of the best cosplayers I have seen were either little kids, or some of my older friends (who have kids of their own)

people can dress how they want no matter the age. and if a man wants to dress as sailor moon the only thing i ask is that he make sure the skirt isn't too short.

I don't think age matters. Depends on how much the cosplayer can take criticism.
