Hot bath and green tea =)
I know what you're going through.
It hurts to much to move and even after relaxing, when you
move, you can feel it ache all over again. It'll pass in a few days.
That's how I deal with it. DD;
take an ice bath an dthen after an hour fill the tub with hot water and put in some epsom salts
but before the hot bath stretch after ur ice bath
