Nervous Habits, anyone?

I bite my lower lip, or bite my tongue... (not like, "Ow, I bit my tongue," sort of way), I just sort of clamp my teeth down on my tongue, and just bite it.

I don't know why I do that... I usually do it when I am trying to concentrate as well. neutral
