It is a compulsion not to eat. REAL Anorexics starve themselves for reasons that have nothing to do with weight loss...you just can't bring yourself to eat.

Actually that is incorrect. Anorexics dont eat for multiple reasons.

- They want to lose weight
- Its the only thing they feel they have control over
- They just cant eat

Reasons such as those. They feel their weight is the only thing in their control, so they chose when and when not to eat, even though their body begs for food.

And how can you said who is a "real" anorexic or not? You're not in their head, or their body. You dont know why they arent eating, do you? You dont know anything about the "Real" or "fake" anorexics as you label them.
