Fever Blisters?

I was sick for about 4 days, and only like 3 of those days was I hard core sick. Now I don't throw up when I'm sick, so I might have just had a REALLY BAD cold?

Anyways I went through two boxes of tissues + miliions of napkins on my nose, and now I have these kind of like cold sores on my nose? I want to know if they are from my tissues? Or they are like fever blisters? (or do fever blisters and cold sores mean the same thing?)

And I also want to see how any one cures that stupid pealing around your nose when you blow it to much?
