Yeah diet pills work temporarily but in the long run they totally wreck your metabolism, and you feel jittery all the time when you're on them, and you crash at the end of the day. Once you stop taking them you gain the weight back, sometimes more than what you originally lost. I would just eat a little less calories and exercise 20 to 30 mins at least 5 days a week.
