Plenty of guys will say they don't, but chances are that they're lying.

You know when a guy hasn't, though. Most of the ones who have GENUINELY never done by the time they turn sixteen stick out like a sore thumb. Pretty much 100% of the time, it's that REALLY weird, sheltered kid who comes from an unnecessarily-strict, oppressive, religious family. He'll usually not talk about sex, but when he does, he tends to have some very messed up ideas about it.
