Let's not forget about the major flood threat in central Canada and north central US. A blizzard is hitting the area right now... adding more snow and therefore more future floodwater. There's the possibility of another Flood of the Century this spring. Sandbagging has been happening for weeks now.

On a side note is it sad the first thing I thought was, "omg all those people, we're going to help them right?"
