Today was like any other morning. The sun rose and the rays always found a way to shine at a perfect angle to hit her closed eyelids. The way how Eun Mi’s arm rose to snag an unoccupied pillow that rested a bit from her semi slumbering form could not be helped as her hand bout it to rest across her face mechanically. Surly by now she would have thought to buy darker shaded curtains, she just always forgot to do so until the next morning when the sun rose again and its rays met her closed lids. It was annoying and she managed to meet her mornings with a frown marring her eyebrows while her hair stuck in every direction possible.

She shifted, burying her face more within her pillow. Unlike every day, today was not like her other mornings. Today, she was granted to sleep-in for a change and enjoy the warmth of her bed instead of walking the streets of Seoul while battling its winter winds to get to the University she attended. Just thinking about it made the girl smile against her pillow. Fortunately for her, the university’s going through a bit of major re-construction after the side of the building nearly went up in flames during a bad science activity. And luckily for her, her class was on that side of the building. The thought of just doing her activities online has crossed her mind a couple of times before, so maybe this would actually give her a boast in deciding.

Although Eun Mi wanted to sleep in for perhaps the rest of the day, her stomach growled loudly and the smell of coffee beans met her nostrils the moment she inhaled deeply. The smell of coffee was nothing but a way to wake her up and lure her out of bed and it worked every time. She found herself sitting up to slip out from under the warm sheets of her bed to trudge over to her closed bedroom door. Walking out, she pulled at the hem of her pajama top lightly before burying her fingers within her locks that stuck in every direction possible due to her curls. She stopped by the bathroom to wash her face and brush her teeth before trudging out to the front room.

“I’m up.” She mumbled groggily as she scanned the flat on her way to the kitchen. She flashed a half smile at the girl that caught her sight as she rummaged about for her usual coffee cup she used. She gazed at it all the while tilting her head just a bit before filling it with the hot beverage. “I was up even before I smelled the coffee for a change. You should be proud of me.” Eun Mi said confidently with a proud grin, sitting down after sweetening the coffee to her delight. She sipped it carefully with a low hum. Sharing a flat with a best friend is the most amazing thing to do in the world. Of course, when she moved out of her home to attend university closer to Seoul she had no intentions of burdening her friend with her presence lingering around her apartment all the while looking for a place to stay. Looking for a cheap price couldn’t have been as tough as you might think, but Eun Mi was proven wrong every time she scanned newspapers every morning. Having her best friend willing to put up with her and let her live in the same flat as she did was enough to make Eun Mi promise to pay half of the rent with the little part-time job she had. Speaking of jobs, she looked to the wall clock to see what time it was.

      “Ya,”
Eun Mi called out, “what time should we leave?” she asked, reaching out with her free hand for the remote to flick through a few T.V channels. Not too long ago, she was informed that their names were placed in a contest, but for what Eun Mi didn’t know. For two days they were allowed to hang out at any place with a celebrity her best friend wouldn’t tell her about. Of course it was only fair that she continuously asked of who this celebrity could be. Was it 2NE1? Eun Mi loved 2NE1 – or perhaps Se7en? She loved Se7en as well. The guy had a look that melted many girls and moves that made others envious; 2PM? Super Junior? She couldn’t help but wonder just what her friend was dragging her in to, but she also couldn’t help the excitement that bubbled in her chest at the thought. If her friend was hiding it from her, the surprise had to be something good.

A smile curved at the edges of her lips as she crossed her legs, but the smile fell slowly at the sight of a group of men on T.V. Unfortunately she had landed on a music video countdown, and the group of men that appeared on the screen made the girl glance quickly over her shoulder. Perhaps if the other wasn’t looking, she could easily change the channel, but luck wasn’t on her side and she was left with tossing aside the remote to drink the little amount of overly sweet coffee she had left and stand to her feet. The group of men was no one other than Big Bang. Unlike many other girls out there, she couldn’t get into them even if she wanted to. It could be the fact that she stubbornly refused to give their music a chance, or that she just didn’t like them the moment they debuted. Her best friend was the one that dragged her away from her sketchbook to the T.V the moment their music video aired – her first song that she heard by them had to be La La La. She was sure that was it because she had a cold that day and her sixteenth birthday had passed. She was always open to Korean hip-hop ever since she was a little girl living with her mother in America before she married her father and moved to Korea at the age of nine. But as she watched Big Bang, she shook her head. She could remember wondering which American hip hopper they imitated, anyway. Jay-Z? Wyclef? At least she could be sure no one can spit verses like Busta could.

Regardless of her dislike for the boy band, she found herself following alongside her best friend with their updates as they practically grew right before their very eyes, much to her dismay. She didn’t like Big Bang and surely couldn’t – excuse me, wouldn’t give their music a chance. When she use to spend the night at her friend’s home, she would find herself trying to tune out Big Bang’s music that blasted loudly, and she still found herself doing the same thing whenever her friend decided to play the band’s music. But today, she figured she would just leave the channel as it was and Big Bang’s music play for the other’s sake instead of her own.

Washing up her dish and storing it within the cupboard afterwards, she turned her attention to the T.V just in time to catch sight of platinum blonde locks. The blonde looked like a pretty boy – even before the man known as G-Dragon dyed his hair, he always looked like a pretty boy to her. She didn’t like pretty boys, believe it or not. They were nothing but trouble and full of drama that was unneeded if you asked her. She should know, since she has dated one before. He was cute, and pretty much your ‘prince in shining armor’ with dark brown locks and dark orbs that reminded her of coal. The relationship didn’t last long sadly to say, but it was only a year ago. She didn’t usually go for the ‘pretty boy’ appearance anyway, yet her last two boyfriends were of that label.

“I don’t know what she sees in them.” Eun Mi murmured to herself, rubbing the back of her neck with a tilt of her head.

PARKHYUNSUN
----------------------------------
▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

Fortunately, the honey brown haired girl was up way before her best friend was which cased for celebration since she never wakes up early for anything or anyone. She was always the deep sleeper or the one who sleeps too much or too little playing StarCraft in the middle on the night up until morning came. However, she morning started out as a typical one. She woke up with the bright sun shining straight in her face, well it's always been like that but today it was particularly bright. She made a mental note to actually close the curtains before bed. But then again, her computer games prevented her from thinking of the littlest things she should do. Park Hyun Sun was such a little tech geek, almost always on the computer, which probably bugged the s**t out of her best friend. Poor Poor Eun Mi. Sleeping in the position she was in, it was hard for her to get out of bed without tripping and falling on her face due to the tangled up sheet wrapped around her legs which looked almost impossible to escape from, but she got free anyway. For a girl, her room was pretty ungirly. The walls were painted a cream colored turquoise color while her floor was wood and cold. She had many posters hanging all around her room, most of them were of Super Junior, 2PM, Bi Rain, SHINee and not to mention...BIGBANG. Yeeeap. It was covered in posters, and the bookshelf was filled with CDs, DVDs and the like. No wonder Eun Mi refused to go into her room. Shrugging it off she pulled a towel off her chair that was placed conveniently in front of her desk, covered in more little things from various bands and celebrities, almost with her precious laptop where she got all the latest data.

Hyun Sun reached the bathroom tripping and falling flat on her face over a life size cardboard cutout of Nichkhun of 2PM. She took it and placed it back in her room, wondering how it had got there. Don't tell me he came alive and walked all the way here?! No No, That's so silly, Hyun Sun. Turning to the cutout, she gave it a glare. "I'm watching you." And with that she turned on her heel and went to do her daily bathroom things and all that. About thirty minutes later she stepped out fully dressed and ready to start out the day with her best friend and the celebrities that she didn't bother telling Eun Mi about because One) She'll kill her and Two) She hates the band with a passion, which Hyun Sun didn't know the reason why. She thought this would be good for them, well, mostly for her. No, bad Hyunnie, don't be selfish. However, she wondered how it's going to end up when Eun Mi finds out. Will it be a disaster? All she wanted was for a stress free day with her best friend and she wondered with that would actually happen. Walking to her closet Hyun Sun grabbed a slightly over sized G-Hoodie that she practically wore almost everywhere she went much to Eun Mis dismay. But you really couldn't stop her. She was going to meet a celebrity! Which doesn't happen everyday, even with a contest like this. She was so excited that they won, it was unbelievable how happy she was for the rest of the day.

Grabbing her Cyon Lollipop off her desk as she unplugged it then shoved it in her hoodie pocket along with her set of keys to the apartment and stalked out of the room with her laptop held by her side. And that was how her morning went. But now it consisted of her sitting quietly in a corner of the living room on a bean bag chair type thing with her laptop on her lap, playing StarCraft no less. Hyun Sun felt a little anxious. What if the band didn't like her? What if she does something stupid and embarassing in from of them that makes them not like her? What if she makes a bad impression? So many thoughts were spinning around in her head making her a bit dizzy and unable to concentrate on her game. Sighing, she turned it off, closing the laptop and placing it back in her room with the charger plugged into it. Hyun Sun sat there for a few minutes before heading out of the room when she heard Eun Mi walk around in the kitchen, saying something about being proud of her for waking up before she smelt the coffee, which made Hyun Sun giggle a bit, her best friend was so weird. "I'm pretty sure we have to be there in about...uh...an hour I think. So we have time to chill or do whatever. What do you wanna do? If nothing then we could get there earlier or something." She shrugged, making her way towards the living room and swiftly sat on the couch once BigBang was on the screen. She squeeled a little, then cleared her throat, hoping Eun Mi couldn't hear it.

“I don’t know what she sees in them.”

Apparently, Hyun Sun heard that, considering the protests she spouted out and the pout she now had on her face. "Aww! C'mon, just give them a chanceeee. " She whinned, pouting. This was not going to work. "Oh! Whomever we are meeting, maybe we could see if they could introduce us to 2PM or something. I know they probably have connections. "

Seung Ri didn’t like to wake up early within the morning. In fact, he preferred to sleep as much as he could and savor the state before the urge to get out of bed kicked in. It was an urge that settled in his system from years of getting use to waking up early to attend practice and vocal training before their actual debut. Afterwards, it was nothing but photo shoots and interviews, along with making music and help come up with choreographies and the sort. Of course they were granted breaks every now and then, but the chances for one seemed so thin with how everyone was so busy. Young Bae was busy promoting his new solo single ‘Wedding Dress’ and seemed to be performing nonstop, along with getting ready to attend a variety show with Dae Sung. Well, it wasn’t really decided yet, but Seungri had a feeling that his Hyung will agree with the help of Ji Yong to push him along. His Hyung and roommate had a pushy personality, and he couldn’t help but think that it was a good thing sometimes. It showed strongly in the right situations he supposed.

Sitting at the kitchen table with a glass of juice in his hand, he took in the quite flat with a wide grin. It wasn’t so early within the morning, but it wasn’t that late either. He could hear the faint sound of shower water running, and he wondered if Dae Sung was already up for the day. Usually, he was the one to get everyone up but today he decided not to right now. Instead, he felt that everyone needed a bit of sleep to catch up on. By the time he woke up, he found Ji Yong sprawled across the bed with his mouth open and Seung Ri wondered what time did his Kwon-Leadah go to sleep this time around. Being busy with performing his first solo concert must be extremely tiring, but he was there to see from behind stage along with the others since they gathered at the end. Performing as a whole instead of being scattered doing things alone felt good. He missed the times when they performed as a whole, but YG had plans for them and he completely respected them.

Sighing softly, Seung Ri dranked the rest of his juice before standing to his feet to wash his dish and store it away within the cupboard. He yawned loudly and stretched his arms above his head as far as they could possibly go before turning his eyes to the ceiling in thought. What was there to do? For all he knew, he was the only one up that had eaten breakfast and watched a bit of T.V, along with laze about on the computer to check a bit of e-mail. The thought of waking up the rest of them played on his mind, and that led to Ji Yong once more…who probably still remained in bed with his mouth open with perhaps a bit of drool seeping at the corner of his mouth. The mental image made the magnae snort with laughter. He wanted nothing more but to take a black marker and doodle to his heart’s content on Ji Yong’s face for the smart remark he made about him the other day. He hadn’t even forgotten that time when he took his last bit of onigiri when they went to Japan either, and Seung Ri tsked at the thought. He truly was slacking off with getting his revenge. Their Tom & Jerry like relationship seemed to be comical, but Ji Yong had a habit of declaring confidently that the only difference with them is that Tom always wins.

The longer he stood thinking of his over-due revenge, the more the idea of doodling on Ji Yong’s slumbering face appealed to him. With a shake of his head, he settled with just going off to wake the others up for the day before it became late.

As he thought, Dae Sung was already up, and when he knocked lightly on the door of Dae Sung’s and Young Bae’s bedroom before entering, he was allowed to enter from Dae Sung himself. Though Dae Sung was up and dressed, it seemed he was lying back in bed along side with a softly snoring Young Bae. Going through the usual of pulling the two out of bed, he was successful once they were up and walking about before going off into the halls to get to Seung Hyun’s, T.O.P, room. The older man seemed to be dead to the world when he slept and it was all the more difficult to get him up. When tugging the covers off of Seung Hyun didn’t work, it was high-time to go and pull out pots and pans and start banging them together with Dae Sung and sing out idiotic babble nonstop.

Seriously, getting everyone up to start the day isn’t fun at all, especially when he’s sleepy and ends up falling asleep in whoever’s bed in the process if he wasn’t careful enough.

As expected, Ji Yong was the last to get up. Followed by Young Bae and Dae Sung, Seung Ri entered his room he shared with Ji Yong and opened the curtains instantly.

“Hey, GD,” Seung Ri sung loudly in English with a clap of his hands. “Hey, hey, GD!”
He continued while dancing lightly around the room before drawing closer to Ji Yong’s bed, continuously clapping his hands in a bit of rhythm. “Hey! Hey, hey GD!” He went on and on all the while Dae Sung fetched the hair dryer to ‘warm’ the bottom of their leader’s exposed feet. It was the usual, everyday thing. Their household can be a bit odd at times during the mornings, or whenever they were together as a whole.

“We’re meeting fans today.” Dae Sung called out, his voice a bit muffled from chewing a mouth full of bread that was coated in strawberry butter on one side. Unnoticed to him as he gazed at their planning calendar, Seung Hyun had walked by and snagged a bit of sliced watermelon from off of his plate on the way to the refrigerator.

“The contest winners?” Seung Ri asked with a tilt of his head as he sat up from his lounging position onto the couch, rubbing at his eye briefly. In a way, he slightly forgot about the contest drawing they were holding. They’ve all had a pretty busy schedule these past few months, toped with taking care of Dae Sung after that terrible car accident. But they’ve often stopped by the radio station to promote their contest like they were instructed to do, and Seung Ri questioned himself of how could he possibly forget the day to meet the two winners when he himself was looking forward to this day. It wasn’t everyday that Big Bang got up and practically had a whole day off away from performing and acting and promoting a brand named alcohol – well, he couldn’t since he was ‘under age’; not only did they have a whole day off away from doing ‘work’, but they had today and tomorrow. They were gonna do whatever these two fans wanted to do, and Seung Ri looked forward to doing so.

“How will they know it’s us?” Asked the Magnae as he sat up a bit more to look over sofa from his seated position. “Since we’re not going to actually go out without some type of disguise or something…right?”

“Seungri-shii~!” Dae Sung drawled in a tone that Seung Ri thought of as ‘you should know better’, but whatever Dae Sung was going to say was quickly forgotten the moment he noticed someone had stolen one of his sliced watermelons off his saucer. A bit of laughter could be heard from the kitchen and he shook his head with a laugh as he watched Seung Hyun saunter away from the kitchen slowly, sliced watermelon in hand as he munched away discreetly. Well, that is until Dae Sung took notice of his actions and chased after him.

Yes, they were… a bit of an odd ‘family’.

When things were settled and everyone was up and dressed, Seung Ri followed behind Ji Yong as Big Bang took an elevator from the third floor to the first, passing by 2NE1’s floor when it came time to leave. It still amazed him how they were one floor up from the girl group, let alone staying in the same apartment complex. YG always had a habit of keeping the family ‘together’, yet Seung Ri never would have thought they would be placed in the same complex. Pursing his lips together, he tugged the hood of his winter jacket over his head before stuffing his hands in his pockets once walking out within the cold winter air to board in an awaiting van that will most likely take them to the meeting spot to meet the two contest winners.

KWONLEADAH
----------------------------------
▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

The last thing he wanted to happen to him would be getting woken up abruptly after he had only slept for about four hours in total today having gone home late last night, or rather, earlier in the morning. These days his schedule was packed full of things for him to do, including promotions, a few big shows to play, oh and don't forget the variety shows he was asked to be on. Star King, Star Golden Bell, just to name a few popular ones. Boy, promoting as a solo artist was a bit hard, almost too hard for him to handle, although Young Bae was also doing the same thing, so it wasn't so bad. But actually it was pretty lonely for the Kwon Leadah, and the only time he could actually see his band mates were when he came home, which was usually when they go to sleep, unless he had a day off. Damn, why did he decide to do this again? Oh, because it was his chance to be G-Dragon, the solo artist rather than G-Dragon of BigBang. But it wasn't that he didn't love being in a group with his most favorite and loved people, he just needed to expand and grow, spread the music to everyone out there. As much as he did in the music industry, Jiyong missed his friends. Luckily Jiyong had a week off, including the weekend, which gave him time to hang out with every one, party and have fun which was exactly what he was missing and wanting to do. Something was missing. A little piece of important information he was too tired to think of. The blonde racked his brain, trying to think of what it was. Ohh right. It was the whole contest thing that was going on for two days total. Ugh, why did he even agree to that when he had such a busy schedule. What would make it even worse would be if the winners were anti fans.

In the process of slowly falling back to dream land the curtains to his and Seungri's room were forced open and the glare of the morning sun hit him in the eye causing him to groan at the males who stood in the bedroom. No matter how hard he tried he couldn't get rid of the sunshine that stared him directly in the face. "Ughh. Seriously? I'm tryin'na sleep here. " GD groaned, taking the pillow next to him and placed in on his head trying to escape from it all. But there was no escaping. Seriously, did Seungri have nothing better to do than wake up the poor defenseless leader? Aishh. These guys. He could hear the maknae's voice ringing in his ears repeating his name and clapping his hands in a sort of rhythm. GD snickered. Quickly he got up and headed to the bathroom before Daesung could bring the hair dryer. Man he hated that thing and how they would always warm his feet with it and sometimes it gets too hot and Jiyong ends up getting burnt.

Kwon Jiyong took about twenty minutes in the shower, usually he spent about half an hour to get ready for the day which caused people to think he was a girl, since he took as long as they do. But pffft. Don't blame him and his fashion sense. He was the fashion god, or so he thought. Stepping out of the bathroom fully dressed, Jiyong made his way towards the kitchen where he could hear fun and laughter. What could they be going without the KwonLeadahh? Seeing as everyone was ready and dressed, he lead them to the elevator, taking them from their floor to the first flow well on their way to meet those damn contest winners.

The pout that met Eun Mi’s eyes made the slightly tanner girl tilt her head with single arch of her eyebrow. It was a look that she learned to master in order to not allow that pout to get to her like it did many others that have come to know Hyun Sun’s pouts. She loved her best friend, but Hyun Sun showed know that trying to change her mind over something was trivial and a waist of time. She’s a stubborn mule with a hard-head – so she has been told. Being told to just give them a chance fell on deaf ears.

“Aissh, this girl,” she murmured once more, purposely a bit louder this time around, “what am I gonna do with you, huh?” She chuckled with a shake of her head. High hopes of thinking that they would be meeting 2PM today were swiped away the moment Hyun Sun mentioned about getting whomever they will be meeting today to get them to meet 2PM. She was sure that the celebrity the will meet has connections. It fit well within the whole celebrity thing, Eun Mi supposed. Everyone knows everyone in the music making industry, some better then most.

“Most likely they’ll have connections… Maybe we should ask?” Eun Mi suggested with a tilt of her head. She didn’t return within the living room until after Big Bang’s video had ended, and she flopped onto the sofa carelessly next to her best friend with a pucker of her lips before resting her head back lazily. She watched T.V with Hyun Sun until she got up to take a shower minutes before they were going to leave. Humming 2PM’s Heartbeat softly to herself, she wrapped a towel around herself and used another to dry her dark locks that now lacked the mused and unruly curls it contained earlier. Entering her room, she closed the door behind her with her foot. Unlike her best friend’s room, her room was tidy and things were slightly organized. Down to the books that clustered her little bookshelf and even sketchbooks that were neatly stacked onto her computer desk, Eun Mi found it difficult to get around with some type of system to go through. If she laid something down, she expected it to be where it was otherwise it completely threw her off of her self-organized system; stuffed animals were clustered atop of each other in purposely in a creative group onto an unoccupied chair in the corner of her room, and a teddy bear lay scattered on the floor next to her bed. Giving her head a small shake to shake away the last droplets of water from her hair, walked about to make her way towards her closet.

After tugging on dark denim skinny jeans and a white turtleneck long-sleeved shirt, she grabbed a tan hooded sleeveless jacket and gazed at the artificial fur that outlined the hood of the jacket before shrugging her shoulders and slipping it on with is. She walked out to draw closer to Hyun Sun all the while tying her hair within a loose bun atop of her head. She flopped down onto the sofa next to her friend with a small sigh, nudging the girl onto her side with her elbow softly.

“I’m ready to go, are you?”
She asked, turning her head to offer Hyun Sun a small smile. Although she was dressed and ready to go, she wasn’t looking forward to walking outside in the cold. Just lounging around on the sofa starring at the T.V screen while enjoying the warmness of their flat was enough to make Eun Mi feel lazy and slowly feel that even if she did want to stand up she wouldn’t be able to. Sitting around and watching T.V surely wasn’t a good thing, now was it.

“If we sit here any longer I might not be able to get up later.” The girl pointed out, instantly rising to her feet, as well as tugging her friend to her feet as well. Eun Mi made sure she had her cell phone and anything else she might need before following Hyun Sun out the door when it was time to go, and walked side by side with her. Taking the elevator down to the lobby and out within Seoul’s winter gust of wind was enough to have her zip her jacket all the way up and shove her hands within her pockets. She loved winter, mainly because Christmas happened to draw near with each passing day. But she loved cooler seasons than the humid summer.

Leaving early seemed to be a good idea. That way, perhaps they may have a chance of spotting the celebrity before everyone else did. Eun Mi wouldn’t be able to take it if their day was spent trying to escape a crowd of fans that followed after them to get an autography or a single camera shot. Her nerves wouldn’t be able to take it, since she had a habit of growing agitated easily when something annoyed her or rubbed her the wrong way.

As they walked, she couldn’t help but tug Hyun Su in the direction of a not too far Starbucks that caught her eye. It was a new one that just opened some days ago, and she always wanted to drop by to see what it was like. Sure, it may look like the many other Starbucks that Seoul had, but sometimes they were bigger than others, and she liked to marvel at the somewhat different appearance. Though she liked to look, she also liked to buy and she bought a nice Caramel Brulée Latte. The smell of coffee beans and baked goods were simply mouthwatering, but she resisted the urge to buy a tempting cookie. Happily sipping from her beverage, she looked to Hyun Sun as they walked next to each other once more within the winter cold. She questioned the other of where they will be able to meet the visiting celebrity, and asked if they mentioned a meeting place.

“You should just tell me who they are!” Eun Mi whined, nudging her best friend with her elbow with a small giggle. “Keeping me in the dark this long is killing me.” Leaning a bit over so only Hyun Sun could hear her, she whispered, “Ya, is it Super Junior? Kara? DBSK?” She guessed with raised eyebrows, as if hoping that whichever K-pop band she said would draw a reaction to flash across Hyun Sun’s face. She tilted her head to the sky in a brief silence of pure thought before turning her head towards Hyun Su’s direction once more.

“2NE1?” She asked, her tone laced with a bit of excitement as she tugged on Hyun Sun’s sleeve with her free hand.
