It's a show on MTV about troubled highschools going through this thing called "Challenge Day". The teens play games and such which allow themselves to exsit thier comfort zone. The most prominent game, called "If you really knew me" has the studens finish the phrase forcing them to exit thier shells and expose thier true selves. The end result of this is getting the students to open up and treat thier classmates with more respect, and initially removing the problems the school has been chosen for.
