I just gotten my unfavored soy protein today and need some idea and tips of what to make with it. Such as in foods and smoothies. I really do need to more protein since I don't have any muscle. I had the sleeve gastrectomy a year ago and lost a lot of weight. I moved back to washington state, and I now have to be focus on building muscle and getting more protein into my body.
Including in finding a gym that I can afford and that not overly priced.
My soy protein has 11 gms of protein and need to know of how much I should take it daily. My doctor said, I should have at least have 66 gms of protein. The only problem was that other high proteins contain sugar. I can only have sugarfree, or that 3-4 gms of sugar.
I was doing fine on the protein shake (drinking it twice a day that is sweeten, but is sugarfree) when I gotten home from the hospital. Later, I couldn't drink the protein shake. It made me want to throw up. So, I had eat foods that had protein such as cheese, eggs, milk ect.
