Distinct Noob

I saw this on an article from Men's Health on Facebook, as I am sure many have,
and I ordered them.

I was wondering if anyone on here is using or has used them? How effective were they for you?

I am not going to be doing exercise revolving around weights, so I was curious if you would still get the same results with diet and regular exercises such as push ups, sit ups, squats, running, etc.?
