I lost like 3.6 pounds in 5 days, this is mainly because I
have the flu and have been barfing out my insides the entire day but will this weight stay off?
I don't eat like 3k calories a day I eat the recommended and I feel like I've lost a little too much,
the recommended is 2 at most. But I don't really mind and it's ok as long as it doesn't do this every week, right?
P.S- This weight dropped all in one day, not progressively over the week
