Currently I run at least a mile everyday and I do full body workouts.
I'm trying to gain weight through muscle mass. I don't want to gain weight from fat. Infact I want to get rid of a few pounds of fat and have of replaced by muscle.
I'm 16 years old. 5'2 and 112 pounds.
The recommended intake is roughly 1 gram of protein per pound of lean muscle mass. You should be fine on about 90-100 grams of protein if you are that active.
If you're trying to gain muscle you'll want to eat at least 1g per pound of body weight per day. For maintenance, about 1 or a little less will be fine
