Has anyone here tried the bodybeast program? I'm seriously thinking about taking the dive to get it and give it a try.

Looks scary. I think I do some pretty similar moves in pilates and regular strength training, just not as many reps or as heavy.

Anything they're trying to sell you is free online. Don't buy into it. The products work if you actually put work into them and dedicate yourself, sure, but so do the thousands of other free programs out there.

Do some research for other programs online and save yourself the money.
