I am glad you are feeling better blaugh 3nodding
the magnesium will help with those spasms, hand in hand with time.

I take vitamins so that I have enough in my system when i injury myself. They are found plenty in dark, leafy greens as well. Kale, spinich and (i think) broccoli. I don't care much for topical answers as my lifestyle is really touchy (Deaf culture, martial artist and I'm a motehr) so I tend to rely on other.

I am not dismissing, just giving another option.

thank you
and yeah, my appointment went well.
the doc said im around 80-85% better and showing improvement.
I still have work restrictions so im unsure atm if i'll be able to go back to work
wich has been bothering me tbh, but since i have my next appointment 2 weeks from now on the 18th I still might have to take things easy or else I may have to have physical therapy if i get worse or show no improvement by then :/
as much as i wanna go back to work i guess its better to heal up fully than risk straining my back more and potentially making things worse gonk
but anyways thank you sharing those tips!

Just a few things....
Nice hot shower to relax muscles before commuting to work, stop if you start feeling discomfort.
Always lift your legs and NOT your back.

continue the heat/cold treatments as needed after healing. Physical therapy is wonderful to help the body to slowly rebuild strength in the strained area.

After a while (after you've healed) I would suggest that you strengthen your core and leg muscles to help prevent further strains. (in addition to your back of course)

I did this and it has helped me immensely. I dislike doctors (personal reasons) so i try to avoid them like the plague.

Welcome. And let me just say...

Easiest supplement, frankly, medicine, you've ever had to use. 3nodding

Let me know how it goes if you actually try it.
