Too cold for halloween?

Umm Halloween is tomorrow but tonight I went out in shorts it was pretty cold.

My costume is a knee-length dress w/ fishnet stockings+heels (hey it's once a year so I'm gonna strut my stuff LOL). I'm gonna have fake blood on my face and carry a bloody Jason mask and knife so it looks like I killed Jason. xD

Will it be too cold to wear my costume though? I thought about maybe wearing white hose/tights under my fishnet stockings or maybe a off-the-shoulder white long sleeve sweater too.

Any ideas? I haven't seen anything about costumes being not worn because of the cold.

crying My hands were freezing even when I wore my polar bear hat and.. it has gloves on it lol
