Nowhere near.
I live in Kentucky.
We've only got 7 inches at my house, in higher elevations (because I live in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains) have up to 11 from what I've heard and we're suppose to have up to 10 inches in the lower elevations by morning.
But wow. If I'm correct 115 cm is 45 inches. That is A LOT of snow.
