I'm new to this whole new towns hoopla ( a little late on things... )
and I only seem to be able to walk slow as balls through everything which is incredibly annoying.
Buy I see some people moving a lot faster.
At the risk of seeming stupid... How is this done?

In your smartphone in towns there is a setting panel.

Also you can shift-click and your avatar will run.
