Is it still possible to aquire a lumber jack axe recipe?

The only source of that recipe is completing the zOMG! quest "Mon Cheri", given by NPC Gustav, and you can only complete that quest once per account. If you've already done that, you'd have better luck checking zOMG!'s various Daily Chances (there's one in every non-instanced area of the game) hoping to randomly get the Lumberjack Axe itself.
