I'm kind of new at this ( Failure )

Hey guys I have a question.
I am level one. I have been making titans legacys. I have also been trying to make Bottled up Moonlight for a long time. I have seriously tried to craft this thing like 30 times and all it does is take my money.

I know all the very low chance its fail a lot but THIS MUCH?
Is there something I am missing?

The component formulas are hard to craft when you are at the level it requires -- I would often have to try and craft something over 30 times before it finally worked. But in return, you get a larger amount of exp to work towards the next level. Crafting them at level 2 will be much easier.

I pushed through to level two and yeah, now they all craft. Pretty silly. Thank you for responding.
