Interlingua > Esperanto.

Interlingua is readily intelligible to hundreds of millions of people that don't even speak it -- ie, anyone who speaks a Romance language.

I've made an Esperanto thread in here a while ago but it died since no one had any interest. I'm still learning myself but I know good websites/programs and might be able to teach the basics.:p
