for swedish, i wrote my own editor with spellchecker in C++, it does far better than the usual programs. The only problem is to fill the dictionary with all valid words, still far from complete but it works for everyday usage and better yet for common mispellings neutral

for usakish, thankfully the grammar is even easier than japanese so in C++ and javascript i have an editor that does both spellchecking and sentence parsing. ^^
