I've tried going there through the world map, and every time I click on it, it takes me to the shops. Is there a reason for that or am I missing something?

Nevermind. I figured it out...I feel so dumb now. XD

Can you tell me how to get there please?

I didn't find Gold Mountain itself, but it's just a gaming thing. If you want certain games that uses the tokens, then go to games and play Slots or Blackjack.
