What had happened while I was gone?!?!

So I've been gone for a year roughly

There's a few things I have noticed recently about Gaia when I came back (pretty sure you guy do too)

1. Skyrocketing price for marketplace item? My nano-c used to sell for 1 mil now it's 70billion xD
2. Vending... wtf why would people do that? Can you even earn gold anymore? Is this even newbie friendly anymore? How re newbies supposed to earn 1 million let alone the prices are over a billion
3. People have been missing O.o could it be marketplace causing it?
4. Announcements... can we just stack all announcements instead of posting 70 times a day about the same thing -.- (Limited Quantity item x3 announcements, why not just put them into one?)

Sorry sounds like Im venting but Im just confused at the whole situation here

Daily chance actually can give you a million now. It also drops heart charms pretty frequently which you can sell for 30million on the mp, star charms sell are also dropped by it (though slightly less common) and can be sold for 100million atm. Then there's a Super rare-like 1% chance- but it also drops diamonds or charm bundles which can be sold for a billion.

If some of your friends have quit it might be because of the hyperinflation if that's what you're asking. A lot of people have quit gaia recently, some even make threads, so you should check their posting history.
