[[NPC] Cindy Donovinh]

This is Cindy Donovinh coming to you live from Gaia 9 Action news, where a story has just broken here in Gaia Community Discussion, or "GCD" as the locals affectionately call it. I've heard talk that a very brave and charismatic lone reporter has ventured to create a new segment that features the Gaian Community at large. But, each week, the Gaians who read this update will be voting on what they'd like to see in the next one. It's completely driven by the whims of the audience! A once-in-a-lifetime chance indeed!

I interviewed this daring reporter.

Hi Cindy, how are you today?
Doing great, Cindy! I'm just here in GCD asking for users to vote in that nifty poll right there, and to post allll the things they'd love to see covered here in the thread.

That sounds just amazing, Cindy. You are an inspiration to us all.

I'd love to see more NPCs as well, along with user events (since they were missed in the last spotlight). I'd also like to say that I really enjoyed the last spotlight. For the first in quite awhile, I felt the old sense of Gaian community was still around. Thanks for taking the time to interview each of the spotlighted users and share it with the rest of us. I look forward to the next update bringing more of the same!

It's been a while. I don't think we've spoken since you maliciously slandered my organization completely without cause, even though our only goal was to protect the entire planet. Whoops, silly me, we never spoke before that, either. I guess if you had taken the time to interview me, or even conduct the barest amount of research, your reporting might have been a bit more accurate. surprised

But I'm not bitter!

I'm glad to see that the NPC interview option is winning in a landslide (as it were, since there are only a handful of votes so far). I think that would be an excellent and fairly low-cost way to expand upon the plot, world, and characters of Gaia, without having to devote the kinds of resources a full-on event or manga update would require.

I'd love to see some reports talking about modmas. It's something the mods started 8 years ago to give even more back to the community, and although there's (usually) an announcement about it, it'd be neat to hear from the ones who decided to start it up ;p

maybe an interview with some of the people that have made tickets along with the staff that make the items from the tickets, to talk about the projects from ideas to creation ^_^


Some statistics would be nice to see as well. ex: rare items in rigs statistics/ odds, site user statistics, etc
