Ok! Everyone has been focused on who the sniper is. My question is:
Why the heck did the tower fall down!

The tower fell because... they were so quick to built it that it didnt pass inspection!

so they knocked it down... It is just luck that Gambino getting shot and the tower falling happened at the same time 3nodding

When Gambino fell from his tower, he actually bumped into it. He must have been going at a high enough speed to knock it over.

Obviously, the thing wasn't constructed very well at all. +_+

He probably spent most of it for things to put on the inside, rather than it's construction. X3; Haha.

It couldn't have been very sturdy if it fell over just like that.

Gambino was a "load-bearing boss". This means that his soul/lifeforce was connected to his base, so when he died, the base (tower, in this case) fell. You see similar people in James Bond movies and videogames.
