This is kind of random, but I beleive the sniper to be none other than bunnipop. The woman whose exploits were well observed due to the ego search glitch a month or so ago.....
xd Yes the vile Bunnipop, it all makes sense now. She was also controlling the easter bunninator that we saw on easter sunday!
