UPDATE! The sniper did not shoot from the church.
He shot from the square roof building to the left of the clock tower.
WE NEED PRROOOOFFFF!!!!!!!

theres is a thread that has a varry good explonation about where it was fired from, but it doesnt say much on who shot it, thread can be found here

Well, thanks, but I don't feel that it really matters where the shot was fired from, because anyone could have had access to any large building in Durem.
