The recolor is Sneeze the Dragonrider.... Now that I know what the heck it was called for a search

Oh gods, if Gaia came out with her outfit, I can see them splitting it into two or three pieces - the dress, the sleeves and the cape - just to make people buy multiples of the item

Copyright might be a bit of an issue too. Disney is rather aggressive about such things, so the Queen item is more of an inspiration since Disney can't do anything about that. There are enough difference between the two.

I think Gaia could make items that look more similar than the ones listed and still be ok. But yes, if she wants exact copies, she's out of luck. I doubt Disney would ever partner with Gaia. Disney doesn't need the advertising and Gaia couldn't afford the copyrights.
