Is a homemade alfredo dish:

2 cups of milk or cream of your choice
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of parmesian cheese
1 cup of mozzerella
1 tablespoon fresh garlic

let the milk come to a boil over medium heat, add the cheeses and garlic. slowly whisk in the 2 tablespoons of flour. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Turn off the heat, let the sauce sit for 10 minutes before putting it onto your favorite kind of pasta. I let the sauce sit so that it can cool and thicken ninja

How about:
1 stick of butter
2 cups of of heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups fresh parmesan cheese (never Kraft it doesn't melt)
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter over medium heat and whisk in whipping cream. Warm over medium/high heat, do not boil the cream will curddle. Whisk in cheese slowly about 1/3 cup at a time, add salt and pepper to taste.
