2 cups of milk or cream of your choice
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of parmesian cheese
1 cup of mozzerella
1 tablespoon fresh garlic
let the milk come to a boil over medium heat, add the cheeses and garlic. slowly whisk in the 2 tablespoons of flour. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Turn off the heat, let the sauce sit for 10 minutes before putting it onto your favorite kind of pasta. I let the sauce sit so that it can cool and thicken ninja
