I tend to vary with how much I drink; sometimes I'm totally dehydrated, but sometimes I'm insanely hydrated.

Usually I drink a bottle at school, get home, have another bottle, have a big glass (2 serving sizes) with dinner, and then I have between one and four more regular glasses before I go to bed.
