There used to be the thread Gluttony 101 which I loved for simple recipes. It's closed now, but you can still check them out. It's a great source of inspiration smile

Yeah, I was a member of the guild on my old account, and it just became inactive as time passed by. I guess the first users didn't feel the need to consult it anymore and nobody came to replace them. Might even be that the guild owner left gaia so nobody was there to accept new members. I don't know.

There was talk of creating a Gluttony 102 thread, though, for slightly more complex recipes. I don't think it was done, but I kinda miss it, and although now I wouldn't need it as much as I did four years ago when I was living in dorms, I'm sure many gaia users would find it useful.

I also suggest cooking books which aim at students. These books usually have quite simple recipes and explain things that aren't always explained in other books.
