Then it dawned on me: He's being slut shamed. He's being shamed and shunned because of his sexuality, job in the porn industry, and art relating to sex.

How is he being shamed and shunned because of his sexuality; if he stopped drawing porn, would his sexuality differ?

How are women who are shamed for wearing revealing clothing being shamed and shunned because of their sexuality?

I mean, arguably, their sexuality would be unaffected if they wore more modest clothing, yeah?

The slut shaming movement is misunderstood, slut-shaming was originally intended to let people know that dressing like a slut does not give anyone the right to rape someone. Same with victim-blaming, blaming someone for being raped based on how they dressed is part of the movement.

Quite true, the issue with the shaming thing is based around the question how and/or why you're ********; not the act of ******** in itself. Many people ignorantly think that slut-shamers think sex is dirty and are prudish which is not true. I guess most people would like it if people where more honest about their sexual intentions towards others. The "break it off before you move on thing", you know?
