Does this mean they're finally done with FFXIII? Hot damn, it's about time.
By the way, is the 3DS game worth bothering with?

I'd say so, but I may be bias just cause I enjoyed it. But there are some extremely important plot points in the game. If you don't want to buy the game (or a 3ds if you don't have one) you could probably just look up the cut scenes on youtube.

We won't. The credits of Dream Drop Distance state that the next game will be KH3...though, we are getting the 1.5 HD Remix in September, and if they put anything else between that and 3, there could be a 2.5 version as well (just speculating), but I don't think it's anything that would take time away from them actively working on 3.

kingdom hearts should never be multi-platform, just for the cause that it was born on the ps2, and it should stay with the playstation. I mean it would be pretty stupid for them to make Halo multiplatform after all its been through

I heard Kingdom Hearts 3 will be for PS4 and Xbox one. I doubt anyone will actually buy the game for xbox one, though. It was meant for playstation. heart
