If any of you techies (I'm not very good at A+, mostly because I never went to class) have any idea about the Nexus Fan controller, I need some help. Mine doesn't want to work right now. I plugged everything in and it shoulda been fine, but it won't control the fan speeds. My parents are gonna kill me if I don't do something about it soon. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

did u connect the usb ports to the system? if so then maybe you should exchange it if u still have the receipt.
