How about giving some real advice first?

OP: Boot into safe mode, and run every virus scanner you have there. Then, boot into Safe Mode with Networking (If in 2000/XP), and run some web based virus scanners. Links found in the Spyware sticky.
There not viruses there Spyware. tho it is easy to mistake the two... spywares are like offical legal viruses with small print allowing them to break your computer and wavering your right to kick there asses back.

You will need a program that can remove them... Ad-aware dose quite a good job however many pepole use spybot to equal effect.

It should locate and delete your spywares.

Still never, ever hurts to run a virus scan though.

Ha I think ive gotten yer exact virus thing mean a** thing. Umm...wel I suggest you get some really good virus and spyware protectors if that doesn't work which i doubt it will cuz it didn't for me sad umm only other option is to reformat yer computer which means you lose everything.

Please. Shut up. stupid ******** end user.

Look. To solve the immediate problem, Run Adaware or SpyBot Search and Destroy. You can get either of them by Google.

To solve the long term problem, Get a firewall. Not one of those toilet-tissue firewalls you can download off the net (like Tiny) rolleyes But something that does some actual work. Like Nortons. I build, repair, and maintain Computers for a living, I know what I'm talking about. It's a real trooper.

Secondly, I recommend you get WinPatrol, with is a monitor program that watches to see if certain key files are modified. This enables you to prevent browser hijacks, malware installations, and even redirects some popups to the loopback IP. (it takes a little know-how to configure that portion)

Thirdly, I also recommend that you use a non-standard browser, (Like Firefox) that have a built in pop-up blocker. Popups, banner ads, mass mails are the leading medium for malware installation. NEVER CLICK ON THEM.

Finally, monitor your surfing habits. a careful scrutiny of your surfing will result in you spotting exactly where you're picking these programs up.

Yep thats what I usually do, but you can just get trojan remover and revmove the files from temporary internet files, and remove it from the windows registry.

The problem is that she doesnt have access to many web pages, i dont know a virus that deny the access to web pages, that's not a virus thats only a restriction on your internet browser, i supose you have IE ( Internet Explorer), well the solution is here----- run your IE then--- Internet Options--security window---and then you see there what's the matter

i hope this helps you, and start a new year without internet problems
